DCI-Canada wrote to Minister Sean Fraser of the commitments made when Canada ratified the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child and our promise to always act in the best interests of children. We are pleased to report that mother and child were able to escape on one of the last planes leaving Sudan and both are now safely in Canada.
